THE alleged treasurer of the Finks was arrested in dramatic fashion inside the office of a Gold Coast law firm this morning.

Bowie Papa, 27, was arrested about 8am today inside the foyer at Moloney MacCallum Lawyers in Southport.

Witnesses told the Gold Coast Bulletin that the alleged Fink ran into the office to hide from police.

The firm does not represent Papa but was acting as a town agent on behalf of Papa’s lawyer.

A police spokeswoman confirmed a 27-year-old man had been arrested within the vicinity of the Southport Magistrates Court.

She said the man had been charged with fraud and breaching his bail conditions.
