Man sentenced in motorcycle club fight

(video)--A man charged in a fight outside of Iron Wings Motorcycle Club was sentenced on Wednesday.

Brian Huff, 44, of Erie, was sentenced by Judge Daniel Brabender to spend eight months to one year and four months in prison.

Police said Huff, as a member of the Restless Souls Motorcycle Club, was involved in an attack on the Iron Wings on East 11th Street and East Avenue last Halloween.

That attack, involving guns, bats and clubs, sent Stephen Simmons to the hospital with several head lacerations.

The police report said the fight was a result of several ongoing incidents between the two East Avenue motorcycle clubs.

Huff pleaded guilty to robbery while inflicting bodily injury and the rest of the charges including aggravated assault were dropped.
