COGAN STATION, LYCOMING CO. (WOLF) — On February 9, police responded to The Road Knights Motorcycle Club in Hepburn Twp.

Officials say when they arrived the structure was fully engulfed in flames and left nearly destroyed.

Police say 41-year-old Damon Millinton lit the club on fire and choked out his girlfriend, Kortney Howard, because sh knew what he had done.

Two separate witnesses told police they feared for Howard's safety and says Millington threatened to kill his girlfriend because she "knew too much" about his alleged arson.

One witness said Millington referred to the Road Knights Motorcycle Club as an "outlaw motorcycle club with ties to the Pagans."

Millington is now locked up on arson, burglary, and other related charges at the Lycoming Co. Prison.
